Sleep never came so easily
This is an amazing product. Works wonders, is non addictive and allows for a great night’s sleep. Just need to take it early enough to get at least 8 hours worth of sleep. If iYou’re waking up groggy, take half a pill. It’s been a life saver for me.

Game Changer for this Insomniac!
Game Changer! I’ve taken some serious sleep medications over the years and insomnia has reared its ugly head once again, especially these past two years. Perhaps since I’m post menopausal. I read all the reviews on this medication and thought I’d give it a chance. It works amazing. I actually go to sleep and wake up 6-7 hours later, which doesn’t normally happen to me. The pill tastes better but so what? I also feel a little groggy the next day, it’s more of a feeling of relaxation but I prefer that vs. feeling wound up. There were a few times when I woke up and really wanted to go back to sleep and I have, which is a miracle. So that whole idea of “sleeping in” has become a reality on some days! This is making my daily routine and quality of life significantly better.

Extremely effective!
They WORK!!I have been trying to quit the habit of smoking cannabis before bed every night. It was the only thing that could unwind my mind. I tried teas, melatonin, lemme sleep gummies, warm milk, etc. None of those could compare to these. I take one about 45 minutes to an hour before bed and I’m fighting to stay awake, which is just what I need. Just make sure you’re able to get a good nights sleep or you’ll feel groggy the next morning. Will absolutely recommend! Cheap & extremely effective.

These work!I am 38 years old male, at ~175 lbs.I took one full pill at around 11.00pm and I had to wake up at 6.30am for work.Big mistake!This pills knocks you out within 30-40 min.But the next morning I felt drowsy and sleepy till about noon.So, when you take this pill make sure you take it early on at night and have at least available 7-8 hrs of sleep ahead of you. Otherwise, you ll be drowsy as I was the next day if you take the pill late.It works!

Great sleep aid but caused major constipation
This is great for jet lag except one thing: it gave me really bad constipation. I took half a pill one night, then 1/4 pill for 3 nights and I was consistipated every day by the 5th day I was ready to go to the hospital. I had to take several laxative enemas. I don’t think I’ll ever take this medicine more than 1 day. There are better non-constipating alternatives (Benedryl for me).

This medication works for staying asleep better than any other OTC medication I have ever found.
If you want to get to sleep and stay asleep, these are the ones that work. I only take 1/2 a pill and that works great for me. I’ve taken this medication intermittently for 40 years and it always works better than any other OTC medication for me.
