Classic design and well laid out to accommodate many uses
This takes the traditional spiral notebook up a giant notch. When I was shopping around for a lay flat planner, many of them had floral covers. I liked this one, in dark navy, because my husband doesn’t feel silly carrying it it too, when I use it to enter our kids schedules and appointments.The navy is classy and the gold accents on the spiral, the front engraving and the corners add elegance. The gold on the edges keeps the cover from getting dog-eared and protects the inner pages from wear and tear when it brushes up inside my back pack. And the compact size of the notebook makes it fit in my backpack easily. I can even slide it into the side pockets.Inside, the layout is open and simple, allowing lots of space to input information. And I can use it for different purposes, calendars, appointments, workout schedule, etc. With lots of lined pages, I can even use it for journaling, if I want. I like it undated, because there are some less busy days when I have nothing to write down. By entering only the dates I need, the notebook will last longer, with no empty pages.The paper is thick and smooth and easy to write on. There’s an elastic bookmark to hold my place or to keep the notebook closed.

Excellent for male or females especially in professional careers (no fluff!)
I was very pleasantly surprised by how well this planner and notebook align with the way my brain organizes thoughts and ideas. There’s no fluff, just clean, purposeful design, which I appreciate. This is perfect for men and women, especially for professional work.There is plenty of writing space, and the durability stands out with a hard cover and metal-protected corners. I also really like the elastic page holder, which makes it easy to keep track of where you left off.The color is excellent, clean, professional, and well-suited for daily use. Tracking daily activities and holding yourself accountable is very effective with this layout. It clearly shows how much time is in a day and makes it easy to see how that time is used (or wasted).The size is perfect: comfortable to write in without being bulky. The binding holds the pages securely with no tearing, and the paper quality is strong enough for permanent ink pens without bleed-through. Pages flip easily and smoothly.This planner strikes an excellent balance between brevity, function, impact, and time management. It meets my expectations of myself and supports them well.As a bonus, it comes from a small family business and includes a very thoughtful handwritten card. This is clearly a quality product and a brand I’ll be paying attention to for future needs.

Beautiful Binder, Less Restrictive, Lots of Pages for Planning, A Minor Production Error
This is an elegant yet understated planner/notebook. I love the navy blue cover with the gold lettering… it looks classic and well designed. The gold coil binder allows the book to lie flat, making it easy to write in and to keep the page you’re working on open. It does also include an elastic blue band to mark your place. What I particularly like about the layout is that you’re not wasting pages if you don’t make entries every single day, as you would with a traditional calendar-style planner. Each page has space to enter the date and circle the day of the week (MON–SUN). There’s room to list appointments and make entries by time of day, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, along with sections for top priorities and a daily to-do list. The opposite page is lined and works well for notes and planning. The pages aren’t numbered, but there are many days worth of planning space, which makes this a very flexible and practical planner. This would be a solid 5 star in my book but it looks like the cover was put on upside down… the binder is on the wrong side of the cover so “Ideas & Reflections” appears upside down. Still, I love that this planner isn’t as restrictive as a calendar-style design.

There should be more pages to it
This 8.5″ x 6″ planner is a great size to be able to carry in your purse or backpack. It also comes in two of my favorite colors, green and blue, so take your pick. I’ve just started using the planner about a week ago. The paper feels thick and so far I haven’t had any ink bleed through except for a place where I was doodling and went over and over the same lines. I love that it has places to make lists, schedule your day, and set your goals and priorities for the day and week. Even a place to just doodle or write down crazy ideas that come to mind. The time schedule breaks down into half hour increments. The planner is not dated and gives enough space to do 3 months’ worth of planning. The cover is sort of cardboard like/plastic and is does look like it will hold up well, especially being crammed into a purse or backpack. It has a nice spiral so it will lay flat while you are planning your life. My only issue is that I wish it covered more time…like at least 6 months. I don’t want to have to go to 4 different planners to look for one year of my life. 1 year would be ideal!
