Solid and Easy to Use
These are very well made and extremely easy to use. Making adjustments is effortless and doesn’t slow down my workout at all. A great addition that allows me to make incremental progress, or slight reductions in weight when I want to focus on higher reps. Best Adjustable Dumbbells We’ve ever Seen, and so Easy to Use
These are excellent adjustable TYZKMY handbells, and they were delivered with care by two people (‘cuz they are heavy.) We love these. It is so easy to change the amount of weight you want on them, just turn the handle to the desired weight selection, then lift the dumbbell out of its stand. I actually like these better than a pair of older BowFlex dumbbells that we’ve had for a while which are also nice, but were a lot more expensive, and requires more steps to change the weight settings on the old ones.) It is easier to change the weight setting on these TYZKMY dumbbells, and they are much less expensive than our old BowFlex ones were that we bought years ago. We wanted some adjustable dumbbells in two different rooms, so that the two of us (my wife and I) could work out with them at the same time. These are very effective for working out. You can use the same exercises you would do with barbells in addition to exercises that are specific to dumbbells, but these take up a lot less space in the room that they are in. The quality seems very good, and we expect these to last us for a very long time. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT–We highly recommend these!

Solid for the Price
They work as they should, I’ve been using them almost everyday with no issues. I like that I can adjust them in very small increments.Only downside is the labels/stickers seem to pop off on one.. but doesn’t bother me.

These are replacing a set of a more famous ones that had dials on each end. I thought the single handle in the center would be a lot nicer. And it is, however there is a trick to this. With the dial on each end (my previous set) it didn’t matter which way I placed them in the base, I always knew how many clicks on each side it took to do my ranges. However with the single handle in the middle it does matter which way they are placed in the base. They are symmetric so there isn’t a top or bottom, but place them in one direction and spinning the handle clockwise does the opposite if they happened to be placed in the opposite direction.Of course they are clearly marked so you can just look down to see which way to go. However, if you use readers and/or you work out in low light, it can be hard to see. What worked for me was putting them in the base so they both spun in the same direction for weight increase/decrease. In my case I placed them so when the handles are spun toward each other they both go down in weight. Spin the handles away from each other the weight increases. Then I placed two different dots on the same side of each. I used those little sticky protector feet. On the left I used a small round one and on the right a small square one. I always put them back in the left and right bases and in the same direction. I can easily just feel which way to put them back or see the dots.Now in the morning when my eyes still won’t open and I wonder why I am up doing this… I know to click the handles toward the bench x times to be at the starting weight I want. Click them x times away from the bench and I’m at the higher weight I want for the next set. May sound crazy but it works for me and I thought I’d share in case it helps someone.Overall the weights are good and solid. The handles are also nice. I’m happy with these and glad I purchased them.

Works well, great price compared to popular expensive brand. Wish I bought these years ago. Changing weight is easy. dumbbells feel safe in use, no major looseness or wobbly weight stacks. I have had these for several months, never an issue.

Surprisingly large but they work great. Adjusting the weight is super easy with a twist of the wrist. Pick up and use.
