I use already 5 days this ab stimulator belt! It’s lightweight, never slip and easy to use.It really keeps the abs engaged, and I like the multiple modes and levels! The patch is prone to falling off.
The most frustrating shopping experience! The product quality was extremely poor. The counter was completely inaccurate. I made 100 of them but only recorded about 20. It was completely impossible to record the training volume. The patches became completely non-adhesive after using them three times. The customer service even said that they needed to be purchased separately. This was clearly a form of forced purchase. Moreover, the so-called “muscle training” had no scientific basis at all. When using it, I felt numb all over my body, without any sensation of muscle contraction. Instead, after exercising, I felt dizzy and nauseous, just like being seasick.

I must say it did fit around my waist. But it’s just like all the other ones it’s not worth the price. All the modules are the same I will say the timer is a little longer then the other, the quality is ok.
