My suitcase used to look like a drawer full of socks had a fight with a stack of t-shirts—and lost. I was skeptical that fabric boxes could actually bring order to the madness, but I was desperate enough to try anything.These packing cubes are like little magic drawers for your suitcase. I was able to pack for a five-day trip and actually see every single item I brought. No more digging through a jumbled mess to find one pair of socks at the bottom. The set comes in different sizes, which is perfect for everything from bulky sweaters to delicates. The material feels lightweight but sturdy, and the zippers glide smoothly without catching. My only hope now is that they hold up to being squished and shoved on many more adventures, because I’m not going back to my former chaotic packing ways.Here’s the breakdown from my first trip:What worked for me:· The variety of sizes is perfect. The large one fit my jeans and sweaters, while the small ones kept my underwear and socks from staging a jailbreak.· They made unpacking at the hotel a one-minute task. I just plopped the cubes into the dresser drawers.· The mesh top on most of them is a lifesaver. You can get a sneak peek of what’s inside without unzipping the whole thing.What gave me pause:· If you’re an “over-packer” like me, you have to show a little restraint. Stuffing them like a Thanksgiving turkey will make the zippers complain.· The smaller cubes are quite slim. A Workable Budget Option Especially If Not Traveling Often.
Quality: the materials are probably standard (especially compared to my wife’s) for the product. I’d consider this a budget aimed material use. The zippers are what matters and these are okay. They work.Color: Black, a good black.Ease of use: I’ve used easier packing cubes before and that really comes down to elasticity and the gusset allowing the compression (which these do not have) so weren’t the easiest. I did find it a little hard to pack thicker garments such as sweaters and pants but i did manage to get them in with patience.Wrinkle resistance: there is no real regal resistance other than how you fold the garments so no score here.Storage capacity: compression ability would make for a higher capacity Stow however using packing cubes in general helps to cut downsize and allows more efficient packing.Compression: I wish these had gussets, but they aren’t labeled as compression cubes although I think most people will think they are. But if you press down on the clothes enough and have strong fingers that can zip down even against lots of resistance, you’ll be able to compress your garments and get them in even a carryon suitcase.

A game-changer for the savvy traveler!
These 8 packing cubes make such a huge difference for keeping my suitcase organized. Everything stays neatly folded and in place with other like items within the cubes. Everything stays clean and protected from moisture or spills. They make packing much easier and unpacking as simple as pulling them out of the suitcase and into a drawer.The cubes are made with very lightweight material so they don’t add weight to my suitcase. The material is waterproof, though there are mesh panels that I can see my clothes through. They are easy to wipe off to clean. They appear to be well-made and decent quality. Smooth zippers wrap around 3 sides so the tops open up completely off to the side, making them easy to pack. They have handles at the top to make them easy to transport.The set has so many different sizes for different purposes. Some are good for cosmetics, others for undergarments, and bigger ones for clothing. There’s even one for shoes. However, next time I travel with these cubes, I’m going to take my organization to the next level. Instead of putting all pants in one cube and all shirts in another, etc., I’m going to put entire outfits together, complete with the undergarments for that day. So I just need one cube per day or occasion, rather than opening up 4 or 5 cubes for the different pieces. Try it!
