Works better than melatonin
I’ve used this for about 4 days and have already noticed a difference in my sleep. I fall asleep easier and actually stay asleep and feel refreshed in the morning. Melatonin was making me fall asleep but I’d wake up not even 2-3 hours later and lie awake in bed. It has also helped relaxed me and feel as stressed.

Finally something that works as described!!
I have been prescribed everything over a 28 year time frame to help me sleep and nothing works. I have a sleep disorder. I have vivid dreams and night terrors. After 5 days of this I am actually sleeping better than ever. Time will tell if it continues to work. Well worth the money.

Update 6-20-2024: The company has reached out to me to offer a refund because I was unhappy with the product. I can’t change what I said about the product but I can say that customer service is great. It was very kind of them to offer that to me, and I’m thankful for it.Original Review: I ran out of a different spray that I got from a small boutique. That spray worked wonders.But it was too far away to refill, so I took my chances and ordered this.I suspect the magnesium levels aren’t as high as the there one, as there was absolutely no burn or itch(compared to my old one) when I applied this spray to my wrists or any part of my body whatsoever. I gave it 2 weeks, but I’ve returned to my sleepy self in that time. I have not had any benefits from this.On the plus side, the lavender scent is very nice. And the bottle sprays well.I didn’t realize it was non-returnable when I ordered, so keep that in mind if you decide to try this out.I wouldn’t recommend this spray.
